Michael Turner-Samuels
   

Principal of N&G, and a consultant since 1999. Treasury and Working Capital Optimisation projects include Avecia (AstraZeneca Specialty Chemicals), Exide Technologies, Findus Foods, Gate Gourmet, Harvey Nash, Leica Geosystems, LINPAC Plastics, Macrae Group, Pandrol, Sodexho/Gardner Merchant, Swissport, United Biscuits and Young's Seafoods.

Prior to consultancy, eighteen years in senior treasury, financial project and strategic development roles in international public companies, including Thorn/ThornEMI, Unigate and Varity/Massey Ferguson. Qualified treasurer and solicitor. Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics.

Gary Spencer-Todd

Gary has extensive expertise in working capital improvement and corporate treasury with international companies such as Siemens, IBM, Clarks, Perkins Diesel, Woolworth and SCA, and covering manufacturing and service sectors such as telecomms, healthcare, petrochemicals, construction, engineering, and consumer and retail industries. Gary spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and ten years with REL Consulting on working capital improvement and financial projects following finance positions at Phillips Petroleum and Kellogg. He has an MBA from City University, London and a BSc combined honours in Business Administration & German from Aston University. Gary speaks German and some French as well as English.

Brian Jeffery

Based for many years in France, Brian has international experience in working capital improvement and financial project management, including with Macrae, Strathaird Salmon, Gestetner, Hughes Tool, and Deloitte & Touche. Brian is an FCA, an ABAF Council member, and speaks French and English. Brian has a maths and stats degree from St. Andrew's University, Scotland.

Gia Campari

Following a chemistry doctorate from Parma University and an MBA from London Business School, Gia held business development and marketing executive positions in Stablex (toxic waste) and Enichem. Her consulting roles have including senior positions with Stanford Research Institute leading change management projects in Europe, USA and the Far East, and working with clients such as Alfa Laval, Saint Gobain Group, Italian State Railways, and ChryslerDaimler. Gia is bilingual in English and Italian, and has working French.

Robert Mills

Robert is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of financial project management in international companies such as CHEP (Brambles Group), Caterpillar, BMW, Rover and Blackwood Hodge, following general and audit work with Coopers & Lybrand in UK, Spain and Switzerland. Robert has a degree in Spanish and Russian from Bristol University, and has lived in Spain since 1983. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Sidney Perera

Sidney has worked in Europe, including extensively in Spain, undertaking working capital and corporate finance projects in LINPAC Plastics, manufacturing and property businesses, as well as with ABN AMRO, Ernst & Whinney, and McKinsey & Co. A chartered accountant and barrister by background, Sidney speaks Spanish, French and German, as well as English.

Carlos Montojo

Carlos' recent work includes working capital data analyses in Jofel, Spain and extensive experience in systems and processes analysis with BMW in Spain, Italy and Germany, following marketing and CRM development roles in real estate and e-commerce. Prior to this he managed a European Union finance programme in Beirut. He has an MSc in Applied Economics from City University Business School in London, and is a part-time University Lecturer in Madrid. Carlos speaks Spanish (native), English (advanced) and some French and Italian.

Eric S. Mordoh

Based in Germany, Eric has international experience in change process projects and due diligence with clients such as O2, Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom, Thales, Daimler Chrysler and Zeiss. He has held executive positions in Motorola and other electronic industries, and has an electrical engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD. Eric speaks English, French, German and Greek.

Benita von Carlowitz

Benita's experience includes working capital optimisation in LINPAC Plastics, business process mapping and development of business plans and financing opportunities for real estate operations in Germany and Spain, as well as project co-ordination relating to tourism in Spain and South America. She has a literature degree from Freie Universität, Berlin, and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. Benita is bilingual in German and Spanish, with fluent English.
